PROBASKET SUMMER CAMP 2011:

Probasket Summer Camp was first organized as Orhun Ene Procamp atHotel Kadıkale, a five star hotel inTurgutreis, Bodrum, in 2003. Green Beach Resort Hotel in Gundogan, Bodrum, hosted the camp in 2006 , and in 2007 the camp was organized at Kadıkale Resort Hotel. Probasket Summer Camp will be held at the same hotel in 2011. The hotel provides all inclusive accommodation  and the players will stay in triple rooms. The hotel is located on a spot which always offers breeze and players enjoy practicing in fresh open air in the shade. Probasket Summer Camp 2011 will be organized in 3 shifts at Kadıkale Resort hotel in Bodrum. To improve their basketball skills, the camp is organized based on age groups. The above-given dates should be respected in order for us to provide better competitive skills, and practice and services of better quality to our players in our camp as throughout this period, we organize a tournament with the participation of 4 teams and each team plays the others before the play-off games, ending in semifinal and final games. Depending on their success in such games, the coaches award some presents to players in additon to some awards for behaviour outside the court and relations with friends, keeping the tidy, respecting the practice and activity hours. Throughout the camp 5 prizes will be granted to successful players, which are MVP, All camp MVP,  the best performance, King of the Court and Knock-out Champion. Besides, all star game which is played before the final games, is one of the most important activities of the camp.

TARGETS: In the summer camps, we aim to improve basketball level of our players through intense basketball practices, to provide an opportunity to enjoy their holidays with their friends, to make them adopt habits about socialization with other team members, team sprit, acting together, respection the rules, leadership, assuming responsibilities, being tidy. Summer camp also contributes to the delevepment of our players' personalities. Such habits prepare our players to real life situations.

ACCESS TO THE CAMP: Our players can reach to Kadıkale Resort Hotel, where the Probasket Summer Camp is organized, by bus, plane or private cars. Please specifiy your means of transportation when you fill out the registration form. According to the data you provided in this form, the players who arrive by plane will be transferred from Bodrum Milas Airport at 08:30 - 11:00 to the camp by a shuttle. For those who travel by bus, collective tickets will be arranged and these players will be met in Turgutreis Bus Terminal. Those who arrive with their families have to join the camp at 12:00 a.m. You need to forward your transportation info timely for this arrangement. In the registration process, we experienced problems in the transfer and transportation of our players with late registration in previous years. We ask the parents of our players to arrange early booking on the same plane or bus as far as possible, thus having easy and cheaper seats, and help us have a peaceful period of camp.

SAMPLE DAILY  PROGRAM : The players will participate in two sessions of practises a day and at the same time, they will enjoy themselves by taking part in various contests during the practise hours. Outside the practise hours, the players will have fun in the swimming pool, in the sea, pool slides, animation shows in the evenings in team spirit with their teammates. Our players will participate in the seminars to be presented by our trainers as well as some famous basketball players and trainers of the National Team (Mirsad Türkcan, Harun Erdenay, Orhun Ene, and Tolga Tekinalp) through video training sessions as in the previous years . CAMP PRICES AND PAYMENTS: Our camp price is TL 1150 The price will be TL 1200 for single payment by credıt card and 1300 for three installments by credit card. The payments shall be made before the dates of camp. The parents of our players can make the payment in three installments as follows : first payment, in the first week of June before the camp starts, the second installment will be paid in the first week of July and the third one in the first week in August.
